Welcome to South Beach Boot Camp! At SBBC you don't go to a gym
and sweat in a small dirty room pumping with hip hop and techno
music. Instead you exercise, you play games, and you
work hard. The byproduct of everything we do with you is losing
weight, toning your body, improving your energy and changing
your frame of mind.
This is a boot camp for people that want to have fun, do
something different and get results. At SBBC we provide a
positive environment, where our team of instructors and recruits
work together to form strong relationships that go beyond
just working out. Our group supports each other, cheers each
other on, and helps each other through tough times.
