Information
Boot Camp Location
Currently SBBC has classes in Santa Monica. Locations
include Palisades Park, Santa Monica beach and at Clover Park.
We use different locations for different games and exercises.
Times
South Beach Boot Camp Meets Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
evenings at 6:45pm. At this time we will offer a morning class
if a group of 3 people or more would like to start coming that
early!
What You Need To Bring
You should bring your free fitness mat, a water bottle, and
a towel. Warm clothing in the winter and spring suggested.
Session Policy
At SBBC you can sign up for a package of sessions from 1 - 20.
You also have an option for unlimited sessions for $99 month.
You have an option of coming from 2-3 sessions per week. The
minimum is 2 sessions attendance per week - you can mix match
any times, but you must committ to twice per week, if you only
make once, you lose a session the other time. We are flexible,
but you must committ to your own results and excuses do not
help.
