Andrew Jacob was a high school and NCAA collegiate
athlete before moving to California in 2001. In 2002 he became
a personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. Earning certifications
from Apex Nutrition as a personal trainer, the American Council
on Exercise as a personal trainer, and from the National Academy
of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer and sport fitness specialist,
Andrew became an elite trainer working at 24 Hour Fitness -
training hundreds of clients successfully. At 24 Hour Fitness,
Andrew rose to manage a team of trainers in Whittier California.
This team, taught by Andrew, became the #1 team in all 24 Hour
Fitness. Andrew went on to manage more teams of trainers. After
managing for some time, he was asked to teach new trainers the
art and science behind personal training.
With 7 years of education and experience as a certified trainer,
Andrew now helps clients at South Beach Boot Camp to lose weight,
get lean, and gain strength, stamina, coordination and speed.
He designs the programs and teaches instructors advanced methods
of training. Andrew also consults with boot camp recruits on
a select basis to further help them achieve their goals. Only

Jennifer K |

Jennifer Katz
is the Head Nutritionist for the West LA Biggest Loser Challenge
and a Certified Clinical Nutrition Consultant with a background
in Functional Medical Nutrition. She works closely with
individual clients until personal goals are not only achieved
but also sustained as a lifestyle. She has been a dietary
consultant and coach for almost 10 years, and is a firm believer
that there are no limits to the possibilities of healing with
nutrition.
Jennifer
studied post-graduate Clinical Nutrition and Nursing at New York
University, and completed undergraduate work in Integrative
Biology and Psychology at UC Berkeley.
Her work with
individuals includes dietary lifestyle modification whether
through nutritional/biochemical detoxification, family and
individual kitchen makeovers, behavioral modification, palate
retraining, hormone balanci ng and/or combating weight-loss
resistance. She designs tailored, comprehensive nutritional
care plans to support unique needs and works with each
individual to achieve his/her goals and to optimize overall
health and vitality. Through nutrition coaching, Jennifer
provides assistance with turning nutrition goals into reality,
putting plans into action once and for all.
